SHIPPING & RETURNS 


RETURNS: 

Our refund policy is 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, please include a note with your name, address, order number, and reason for your return/exchange. Please send your item(s) to: P.O. 1835 Box Dacula, Ga 30019


REFUNDS: 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

SHIPPING

Our products are shipped within 5-7 business days using USPS (First Class or Priority Mail)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

LOST PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. You will be notified when your package ships via email, after it is received by the post office we are not responsible for it. When making a return or exchange we highly suggest that you retain your tracking information until after the return is complete. If your package is lost or stolen a refund will not be made.
